Pulling my hair out as to why something that shouldn't be as transparent as it is, staring at material settings and looking at a very, very white looking transmap..... finally break down and haul the mat into photoshop where what do I find? 234.234.234 used for the white. Maybe in Studio and Poser you can do that and it works, but OMG does LuxRender think you want to stare right through that! Seriously... it looked like I had opacity at 20% instead of 100%. Not cool. Two clicks with a paint bucket, new map, problem solved.... but gah!!
