We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. I'm also impressed that you managed to get the texture on her outfit to be visible. I've lost count of how many times I've used that and it ends up looking like a plain brown outfit. It also looks like you've worked on the light balances/levels for her skin to give it vibrance and light as opposed to a plain render.
My only concerns really are that her right heel is cutting through the floor and her hair looks to be overloaded with hairspray as it's rigid. I appreciate that the hair is a pain to correct, but the first one could be solved with a bit of postwork.
